About me

I’m an Occupational Therapist with a sound knowledge of best practice rehabilitation needs following musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, brain injury, cancer recovery, persistent pain, chronic fatigue and secondary mental illness.

I believe in the importance of positive action, supporting each person with a tailored approach, while incorporating proactive steps to improve recovery expectations and support a return to greater wellbeing.

I believe in the RACP “Health Benefits of Good Work” initiative, as a key principle in my daily practice.

Finding the right fit at work, can be the difference between prolonged disability, loss of income and life satisfaction, or a positive return to health and return to work experience.

Additional areas of expertise:

  • Tailored capacity building programs.

  • Return to work guidance via graded work plans and medical management services.

  • Realistic, goal-based health coaching and career mentoring.

I value each individual’s story.

Acknowledging the importance of connection and approaching each person’s situation with curiosity and empathy, to achieve the best outcomes for all.
