About…

I’m an Occupational Therapist of 20 years, with a sound knowledge of best practice support for people following musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, cancer recovery, persistent pain, chronic fatigue and heightened health anxiety, when things don’t go to plan.

I believe in the importance of building connection, supporting each person with empathy and curiosity, developing a tailored coaching plan to move you forward. Always incorporating practical and proactive steps to help you achieve a return to greater wellbeing.

I support the RACP “Health Benefits of Good Work” initiative, as a key principle in my daily practice. Finding the right fit at work, can be the difference between prolonged disability, financial pressures and poor life satisfaction, and a more positive return to health and wellbeing.

Additional areas of expertise:

  • Tailored capacity building programs to build energy and manage anxiety.

  • Return to work guidance via graded work plans and medical management services.

  • Realistic, goal-based health coaching and career mentoring.

I value each individual’s story.

Acknowledging the importance of connection and approaching each person’s situation with curiosity and empathy, to achieve the best outcomes for all.
